About Us
Lam & E. O’Brien The Foot Health Clinic is based in West Dublin, Castleknock and established over 17 years ago. Our mission is to deliver a high quality service embraced by a team of fully qualified Podiatrist with a wealth of experience and expertise.
Eimear O’Brien
Eimear is a fully qualified and registered Podiatrist. She worked for a number of years in the NHS in London and south east England treating a variety of foot complications and conditions. Eimear moved back to Ireland and set up a very successful private practice with her business partner. She specialised in diabetes foot health and worked as part of a multidisciplinary team in St Vincents hospital for 9 years dealing with screening and treatment of high risk patients including vascular, rheumatoid and diabetic patients. She also worked for St Vincent de Paul treating the elderly and has also volunteered with the special olympics, screening the athletes for foot problems. Eimear has an interest in biomechanics and ingrown toenail removal and has a very approachable manner and takes a keen interest in helping her patients to achieve pain free feet.
Linda Lam
Linda is a fully qualified and registered Podiatrist. Linda has worked with the NHS and worked throughout the south east of England. She moved over to Ireland and worked for over 9 years with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals in the Mater Misericordaie Hospital as a Chief Clinical Specialist Podiatrist in the Diabetic Centre. She helped set up and is the partner of a successful private practice for over 17 years. She specialises in Diabetes, wound care, orthodigital splinting and ingrown toe nail removal. Linda participated in the special Olympics as a volunteer podiatrist and has also achieved her masters in Health care management. Linda was also actively involved in the training and education of advocating podiatry and “diabetes and the feet” to HSE healthcare professionals. Linda has experience in lecturing and supervising students.
